PRÁTICAS AVALIATIVAS NA EDUCAÇÃO DE JOVENS E ADULTOS: PENSANDO A RELAÇÃO PROFESSOR E ESTUDANTE

This study presents a research on the evaluative practice in Youth and Adult Education (YAE). The main objective is to analyze and reflect on strategies for a more effective and collaborative evaluation in this context. The methodology used consisted of a literature review, in which articles, books, and relevant documents on the topic were consulted. Based on this review, guidelines and strategies were identified to promote meaningful evaluation in YAE. The research begins with a brief introduction on the importance of evaluation in YAE, highlighting the need to consider the characteristics of adult students and their learning needs. The objectives of the study are to present strategies for a more effective and collaborative evaluative practice, valuing the active participation of students, their experiences, and knowledge. The methodology employed was the literature review, in which various relevant materials were selected and analyzed. The key concepts and approaches were systematized and organized coherently, enabling a comparative analysis of different perspectives. Throughout the study, guidelines and strategies for more effective evaluation in YAE were identified, such as promoting active student participation, valuing the diversity of knowledge, fostering collaboration and teamwork, and providing constructive feedback, among other aspects. In conclusion, this study highlights the importance of meaningful and collaborative evaluation in YAE, emphasizing the need to consider the particularities of adult students. The presented strategies can contribute to a more effective evaluative practice, providing an inclusive, motivating, and conducive learning environment for adult students. |
